In perioada 1970 pana \u00een 1990 s-au realizat \u00eembunatatiri tehnice ale pneurilor cu crampoane dar au aparut si restrictiile guvernamentale pe scara larga cu privire la utilizarea lor \u00een efortul de a limita uzura prematura a soselelor. Primul studiu \u00a0guvernamental privind anvelopele cu crampoane a aparut in 1999 in SUA (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsdot.wa.gov\/research\/reports\/fullreports\/471.1.pdf\">http:\/\/www.wsdot.wa.gov\/research\/reports\/fullreports\/471.1.pdf<\/a> ).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/8x11_TSC_Large2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-940 alignright\" title=\"8x11_TSC_Large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/8x11_TSC_Large2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/8x11_TSC_Large2-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/8x11_TSC_Large2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/8x11_TSC_Large2.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Un crampon de <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\/anvelope\/iarna\" title=\"Anvelope iarna \">anvelope de iarna<\/a><\/span> este un dispozitiv antiderapant si de tractiune, care este instalat in banda de rulare a anvelopelor, prin presare, cantareste 1,7 \u2013 2,7 grame fiecare si patrunde aproximativ 1,0 &#8211; 1,7 mm de la suprafata anvelopei. Consta \u00eentr-o manta exterioara din otel sau din aluminiu si un stift de carbura de tungsten(un metal extrem de dur). Anvelopele cu crampoane cresc frecare anvelopele pe suprafetele de gheata, fapt ce permite conducatorilor auto sa opreasca mai devreme, sa accelereze mai rapid si sa mentina controlul asupra\u00a0 virajelor.<\/p>\n<p>In legislatia romaneasca de specialitate nu exista specificatii exprese referitoare la folosirea sau interzicerea anvelopelor cu crampoane. Avand in vedere ca sistemele de crampoane pot fi echivalate cu sistemele de lanturi pentru anvelope, acestea pot fi incadrate in prevederile OG5\/2011, art. 102, alineatul (1), punctul 28: \u201econducerea autovehiculului pe drumurile publice acoperite cu zapada, gheata sau polei, fara ca acesta sa fie dotat cu anvelope de iarna, iar in cazul autovehiculului de transport marfa cu o masa totala maxima autorizata mai mare de 3,5 tone si al autovehiculului de transport persoane cu mai mult de 9 locuri pe scaune, inclusiv cel al conducatorului auto, fara ca acestea sa fie echipate cu anvelope de iarna pe rotile axei\/axelor de tractiune sau <strong>fara a avea montate pe aceste roti lanturi sau alte echipamente antiderapante omologate<\/strong>;\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>NOTA : am considerat ca termenul \u201e<strong>CRAMPON<\/strong>\u201d defineste cel mai bine dispozitivul tehnic descris.
